When is the Halloween party?

• It's always held on the Friday before Halloween. This year the Halloween Party is on Friday, October 27, 2023!
   

What does each 8th-grade family need to donate for it?

• We ask that each family bring 4-5 bottles of soda, a bag of small candy bars (Milky Way, Snickers), a bag of small candy (Tootsie Rolls, Dum Dums), and something for the cake walk (cupcakes, cookies, small cakes). 

Why are the 8th-grade families donating?

• All of the money earned from the party goes to help fund the 8th graders' celebration trip to Valleyfair at the end of the year! 

What happens to the food that is leftover after the party?

• The perishable items are given to the kids/families who have stayed to help clean up.  The rest goes to middle school reward days and middle school Christmas parties.

How can I help?

• We are always in need of more prizes, food, drinks, and decorations, so any donations you have are very much appreciated.  We could use parents to come after school and supervise the construction of the Haunted House the week leading up to the party.  On the day of the party, we need help at various booths, taking pictures, plating desserts, and especially cleaning up.
